The wines from Domaine Henri Nordoc are made near Narbonne on the Languedoc's Golf de Lion coast. The hot, Mediterranean climate is tempered by the cooling breezes coming off the sea, and makes for ideal growing conditions for producing lively wines packed full of fruity flavour. Bright and crisp, this Chardonnay shows fresh aromas of melon, ripe pear and honeysuckle, with baked brioche hints. Medium-bodied and well-balanced, the palate offers green apple, citrus zest, and a touch of toast. It’s clean, refreshing, and smooth. Lightly oaked for texture yet driven by cool‑climate fruit.
